No. Programs are built around your current level, whether that's day one or year ten, and adjusted as you go.
Not by default. Most clients use the plate framework instead. Precise tracking is available if you want it, but it's not required.
Both. The Coached Monthly plan is fully online with weekly check-ins; the In-Person plan adds weekly sessions together.
